At the property unit in Nora municipality, we work operationally with urban environment issues to create a sustainable and green community. The park group is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the municipality's public parks, natural areas, beaches, playgrounds, and squares. The park group consists of 3 regular park workers, a forest manager, and access to a park specialist and city gardener. The park group is led by the property manager. Ahead of the summer season of 2026, the park group needs to be strengthened with three seasonal park workers. We are looking for you who want to work to keep our communities clean and welcoming for residents and visitors.

As a park worker with us, you will be part of an engaged team responsible for keeping the municipality's outdoor environments such as parks, beaches, and communities well-maintained.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The tasks may vary during the season based on needs and include lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, hedge trimming, and clearing of undergrowth. We maintain and clean the municipality's playgrounds and beaches.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have experience in park work or cleanliness and enjoy working outdoors. You are punctual and can work independently as well as easily collaborate with others. You are an important representative of Nora municipality, and we want you to be service-oriented, positive, and meticulous in your work.

We expect that you have good machine and tool skills as well as a solid understanding of safety procedures.
