Do you want a summer filled with development, teamwork, and exciting healthcare encounters? We are now looking for nursing assistants and care assistants for summer positions in our surgical department at County Hospital Ryhov.

The Role of Nursing Assistant/Care Assistant

Within the surgical clinic, patients undergoing various investigations and treatments, including both planned and emergency surgeries, are cared for. The work is team-based and divided across two wards. There is also an emergency assignment, which means that the variation is significant. Your tasks include nursing care, pre- and post-operative care, sampling, and documentation.

We can offer you summer jobs in our two surgical wards, which focus on five surgical teams: emergency, upper gastro, lower gastro, vascular, breast/endocrine, and ear-nose-throat.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or care assistant. If you are studying to become a nurse and have completed your third semester or a doctor who has completed your fifth semester, you are also eligible to apply, but individual assessment may occur earlier.

We need summer substitutes from week 25 to week 34, and to ensure the best planning, we prefer that you can work continuously for at least four weeks. An introduction will take place in addition to these weeks during the spring.

If you have an employment of at least three weeks, you have the opportunity to use our wellness facilities, which are located in Eksjö, Jönköping, Nässjö, and Värnamo.
