Nitext was founded in 2018 by two families with extensive experience in the landscaping and gardening industry. Since its inception, the business has steadily grown with clarity, structure, and care as guiding principles. Regardless of the type of work, Nitext knows that properly executed groundwork is the foundation for outdoor environments that last over time – from a quality, economic, and environmental perspective.

Nitext is now seeking gardeners to strengthen the gardening team during the summer season. You will be part of Nitext's gardening team, which needs to be reinforced with two people during the season. The team works closely together and is collectively responsible for delivering well-maintained and sustainable outdoor environments to the company's customers.

As a gardener, you will among other things:

• Perform lawn mowing and ongoing maintenance

• Be responsible for watering and weeding

• Replace plants as needed

• Trim hedges and prune trees

• Plant flowers and trees

Responsibilities

In the role of gardener, you are responsible for ensuring that daily maintenance and planting tasks are carried out according to plan and with good quality. You contribute to keeping the outdoor environments well-maintained, safe, and representative through carefully executed work and a high pace when required. You are expected to take responsibility for your tasks, use tools and machinery safely, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the work flows efficiently. The role also involves following instructions and routines on site and contributing to a positive work environment within the team.

Desired profile:

• Driver's license (B)

• Physically strong and resilient

• Experience in planting

• Enjoy working outdoors

• Swedish spoken and written

We are looking for someone who:

We are looking for someone who has a clear drive and a willingness to work. You enjoy being outdoors in all weather and have no problem putting in the effort when the work demands it. You are meticulous but can also work efficiently when the pace is high. As a person, you are cheerful, caring, and solution-oriented, and if you encounter something you do not know yet, you see it as an opportunity to learn – the will and joy of work are the most important.

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience working with brush cutters

• Have a chainsaw certificate

• Have training in gardening or plant knowledge

• Can operate a lawnmower

• Have experience with other machinery, such as wheel loaders
