In the role of Learning Coordinator, you will develop, enhance, and ensure the quality of technical training and onboarding materials in a technology-driven and global organization where education is a central part of the business. You will be an important link between technology, R&D, and educators, focusing on ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

The role may involve both operational work in developing training materials and more coordinating responsibilities, where you support and coordinate training projects. You will be responsible for developing and further enhancing training materials such as presentations, content, and assessments, ensuring pedagogy, quality, and technical accuracy in training materials, and supporting and coordinating individuals who conduct technical training. The role belongs to the Learning and Development team, and you will collaborate closely with technical experts, R&D, and other stakeholders.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has a post-secondary technical education
• Can read and interpret technical drawings or has the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with technical material
• Is communicative, social, and enjoys a coordinating role
• Is fluent in English and Swedish

It is not necessary, but advantageous if you have:

• Experience with e-learning, training platforms, or educational content
• Experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
• Experience in development in Unity and C#

The employment will be a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
