We at Kungsholmen are growing and have divided ourselves into two units, and are therefore looking for another group manager for Kungsholmen.

We are looking for a Group Manager for the Kungsholmen East unit, which has an office at Fridhemsplan.

About the role

As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work in the daily care work together with the team. This means that you are a role model for your employees and through your strong commitment, you create a good working atmosphere in the group every day. You will work daytime, Monday to Friday.

• Close leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences.

• Participation: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from home care and leadership is a requirement for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About Vardaga Home Care in Kungsholmen

At the unit on Industrigatan 2, we currently have about 25 schedules during the day and about 10 schedules in the evening. What characterizes our employees is the team spirit and the high competence that exists.

Currently, there are 2 full-time group managers and one operations manager working at the facility, but now we need another group manager for our growing business. You will also support and work out with customers when needed, and a driver's license is a big plus.
