The Role of Nursing Assistant with Us

You will be part of an organization where collaboration and commitment are prominent.

In addition, we are part of a pilot project for the Kungsbacka model, where care staff together with care recipients will shape how the services and time will look.

In Kungsbacka, we want people to live life to the fullest, and for us in home care, this means that with attentiveness and great commitment, we provide each care recipient with care based on approved needs and the individual's implementation plan. This means that we have a strong focus on those we serve while working together and being close to each other.

Your schedule will include day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend.

Your Profile

You are a person who enjoys working with people. You contribute to the experience of safety through a reliable and professional approach. You are comfortable handling technical solutions in daily work and have the ability to create participation in everyday life for those we serve. As a person, you thrive in working independently and can adapt to changing circumstances while seeing opportunities in everyday life. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

is a trained nursing assistant
holds a B driver's license
expresses yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have:

experience working as a nursing assistant
good computer skills

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.

Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. When employed as a nursing assistant, you will therefore need to present proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.
