In this role, you will be an important part of our work and contribute to achieving our goals with both quality and efficiency. The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, and you will work nights as a central part of our operations.

Fazer Bakery is one of Sweden's leading bakery companies with a focus on quality. Here at Klockarbäcken in Umeå, we produce a varied and flavorful range of bread – something for every taste! The position involves working in the bakery's production lines as well as packaging in our logistics department.

Job Responsibilities

The work mainly takes place in an automated production environment where you have overall responsibility for manufacturing. The role requires independence, accuracy, and a strong focus on quality. You have the ability to act quickly in response to changes. Your tasks include monitoring, quality control, and starting/stopping and adjusting machines during production changes – always with a focus on safety, efficiency, and the highest quality.

Working Hours

• Start: January 7, 2026
• NIGHT, our production runs around the clock.
• Flexibility and availability throughout the assignment period.

Profile

• Class B driver's license and access to a car, as public transport to the workplace is limited.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Responsible, stress-resistant, and proactive.
• Experience in food production, knowledge of LEAN is an advantage.

Employment Type

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. Start date is according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled for NIGHT and weekend work may occur.

Location

Umeå Klockarbäcken. Background checks may occur prior to employment, in accordance with applicable legislation.
