The job involves being part of developing our branch in Umeå. You will be part of a close-knit team working with tire and car service for passenger cars.

In the Role of Foreman

In the role of Foreman, you will also act as a close support to the Branch Manager in daily operations. This includes increased responsibility and the opportunity to be involved in the development of the local business.

This is a role with a strong sales focus, where you combine practical work in the workshop with administrative tasks and important customer contact.

Experience in a supervisory role, a background in automotive mechanics, or sales experience is a significant advantage.

Employment

The position is planned to be filled in February 2026, but it may be filled earlier if we find the right person. We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in tire retail, car service, or automotive retail is an advantage
• Holds a B driver's license; a C driver's license is an advantage
• Enjoys working independently and is used to pitching in when needed
• Has customer focus, drive, and enjoys a varied workday
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
• Previous customer contact and sales experience is an advantage
• Has computer skills and experience in administration is an advantage.
