About the Position

As a Sheet Metal Worker/Technician, you will work on repairing collision-damaged cars by replacing and aligning body parts, performing welding and adhesive work in metal, plastic, and glass, as well as disassembling and assembling technical and mechanical equipment and calibrating the car's support systems. Independently seeking information and repair methods is crucial for delivering safe repairs.

To fit the role, you should have:

• Driver's license B
• Interest in vehicles & technology
• Good digital skills, easily adapting to new systems as this work often requires connecting a computer to the vehicle.

It is advantageous to have a technical education in automotive technology and/or experience as a mechanic for passenger cars, machinery, or similar. Also, if you have experience in diagnostics/troubleshooting.

The most important thing for us is not education but that you are interested and curious and want to learn more about the profession. Together, we will create an introduction and training plan that suits your experiences. As the equipment in cars has become more advanced, we see modern technical knowledge as advantageous.

As a person, you are meticulous and responsible with great patience and a sense of form. You enjoy working in an independent role but are also a natural team player. If you are also service-oriented and a cheerful and social person, you will fit in very well with us.
