Your everyday life with us

In the department, we receive milk from the milk treatment and produce several of Norrmejerier's delicious cheeses. The quality of the cheese is in focus, and as a food producer, Norrmejerier sets high standards for quality and hygiene, where you will have a significant responsibility to ensure that the final product meets the established requirements.

In this department, you will work, together with a colleague, to carry out ongoing controls, process analyses, and work on improvements in the process. Together with colleagues, you will also perform preventive maintenance and administrative tasks.

We are looking for you

You who are applying have at least a high school education, preferably with a focus on technology, processes, or similar. We believe you have previous experience in jobs where high demands have been placed on quality and hygiene, preferably from the food industry. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of technology and systems as well as good computer skills. Since driving a forklift may be part of the tasks, having a forklift license is also an advantage.

The work requires a flexible approach with high accuracy. We believe you have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have a positive attitude towards the challenges that working in a process department entails. You are meticulous and prefer order and cleanliness, but at the same time curious and willing to develop the work in the department together with colleagues and production leaders.

Your contacts are many, therefore it is important that you are attentive and have good collaboration skills. You manage and convey information in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English.

Other important information

The department works shifts, which means working on weekends and nights. We are looking for an employee for a permanent full-time position. Start date according to agreement.

As it is difficult to get bus connections to the dairy, it is an advantage if you hold a B driver's license.
