Do you want to be the one who sets the tone for the holiday? As a receptionist, you play the leading role in the warm welcome that our guests will remember, an invaluable role! As a receptionist at First Camp Sunne, you will have a central role in creating the warm atmosphere and smooth service that our guests remember and appreciate. You are often their first encounter with us – and a key person who makes their stay both welcoming and enjoyable.
What does the role entail?As a receptionist, you are our face to the outside world and play an important role in ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. You handle check-in and check-out, provide information and service to guests, assist with bookings, and drive sales in our store.
Although your primary tasks are in the reception and store, we appreciate flexibility and the ability to support other areas as needed. With us, we always work based on the needs of our guests and find common solutions to the challenges that may arise.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you have previous experience in customer service, preferably within a reception or similar role. A relevant education is a plus but not a requirement.
You are structured, have an eye for detail, and greet every guest with warmth, even during busy periods. With a positive and helpful attitude, you are someone who always offers yourself and looks out for the best of the team. We would like you to have a sense of humor and a light-hearted attitude that contributes to a pleasant working environment.
To meet our guests in the best way, you need to master both Swedish and English without difficulties, which is important to ensure clear and smooth communication with both Swedish and international guests.
We would like you to be available to work weekends and, if needed, a few hours on weekdays from April to mid-June, when the high season begins.

Conditions
We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
