Air Combat School is looking for a Teacher SOU Supply (SO 6)
We are looking for someone who is committed, enthusiastic, and creative in your professional role as an officer and educator. You now have a great opportunity to help develop tomorrow's officers, soldiers, and civilians for our combat units. We seek someone who views challenges positively and wants to take initiative in education and actively participate in the development of current and new courses. You are prepared to participate in the Air Force's various exercises and training to contribute to our combat unit development as well as your own personal development.
Recruiting unit:
Air Combat School (LSS) / Base NCO School (BBS) / Air Base Division (Fbasavd).
About
BBS trains personnel for the air combat forces' air base units.
The Air Base Division is responsible for training at various command levels within the air base system, from group up to battalion and wing, as well as air base-specific functional and specialized training. The Air Base Division is also responsible for the specialist officer training for the supply and ground defense air orientations. In addition, BBS supports and participates in the development of the air combat forces at both conceptual levels and practical participation in exercises.
Main tasks:
- Plan and conduct courses related to SOU Supply air
- Be prepared to take on the role of course leader
- Support the course leader in course evaluation and assessment after the course has been completed
- Be part of the teaching team and support the course leader in developing course descriptions for the current course and plan and conduct training related to the course's learning objectives
- Together with other staff at the Base NCO School, participate in the development of new courses tailored to current combat units
- Participate in exercises to develop training at the Base NCO School and for your own development in combat positions
- Carry out simpler course administration related to your own course activities
- Support other employees in conducting courses and training
Qualifications
- Specialist officer exam
- Category B driving license
- Experience in supply logistics in the Armed Forces and Air Force
- Trained and knowledgeable in the air base system for logistics units
- Have trained e.g. conscripts, soldiers, cadets, or conducted instructor reinforcement

You have a good ability to establish and maintain good relationships within the Base NCO School, LSS, and other units/wings. You have the ability to work and plan activities individually as well as in a group.
You also have the ability to seek relevant information and share experiences in order to develop our operations together. You engage in your own development to meet tomorrow's needs both nationally and internationally.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Meritorious
- Experience in the teaching role and have trained employed personnel within the Armed Forces
- Experience working within Armed Forces data systems

The Air Combat School is the Air Force's joint competence center for development and education. The Air Combat School has four Air Force joint schools and trains, among other things, future pilots within the Armed Forces.
