Recruitment of Group Leaders/Sailors/Soldiers
Six of the Navy's units (First Submarine Flotilla, Third Naval Combat Flotilla, Fourth Naval Combat Flotilla, Naval Staff, AMf1, and Naval Warfare School) are seeking group leaders/sailors/soldiers for fixed-term employment in all GSS positions.
Qualifications
- Approved military basic training (completed or ongoing) with at least a grade of JA-2-2 and including at least 6 months of training time.
- Position-specific training for the applied direction.
- Valid and approved FM FysS basic requirements and additional requirements for seagoing personnel.
Additional Qualifications for Applicants to the First Submarine Flotilla
- Approved health examination for seagoing personnel or SUB3.
- For placement on a submarine, an approved extended enlistment/complementary examination is required.

The Armed Forces is undergoing extensive development work to build a stronger defense against the backdrop of a deteriorating security situation and new defense policy direction focusing on national defense. Leadership for a stronger defense aims to increase robustness, simplify command and obedience relations, and through decentralization of mandates and responsibilities, increase the conditions for mission tactics.
As part of this work, the Armed Forces has organized a Naval Staff for the leadership of the Naval units. The Naval Staff is established in Muskö in Haninge municipality.

Employment with us means placement in a security class. Usually, Swedish citizenship is required.
