About the role

Hot Screen manufactures heat transfers around the clock, focusing on precision, pace, and the highest quality. As a production employee here, you will be an important part of our chain. Each transfer print goes through several steps in our production, from color mixing, printing, curing, cutting, quality control, and packaging. Although the process is industrial, it can almost be likened to a craft. No matter where you end up in the flow, your contribution is crucial for our customers to receive the best heat transfers on the market.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven, self-sufficient, and reliable
• Enjoys working in a team and contributing to a positive atmosphere
• Is stress-resistant and enjoys working physically
• Has a good sense of accuracy
• Wants to work in a stimulating and growing environment

Qualifications:

• Good physical condition (some tasks are physically demanding)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage

• A secure full-time position with shift work every other week (Mon-Fri 06:00-14:21 or 14:16-22:37)
