We are looking for a technical operator for a specialized workshop just outside Laholm. Here, you will be part of a smaller, close-knit team working on the production of customized solutions. You will:

• Operate and monitor machines and ensure that production follows drawings and technical specifications
• Participate in the entire process – from preparations to finished product
• Perform quality controls and contribute to improvements in production
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in assembly and production

We believe that you:

• Have experience as an operator, assembler, or similar technical work
• Are familiar with reading drawings and have a good technical understanding
• Enjoy working practically and systematically
• Have a forklift license A+B

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience with CNC machines or other controlled production
• Welding licenses
• Interest in vehicles and manufacturing

• Meticulous and responsible
• Curious and willing to develop
• Communicative in Swedish, both spoken and written
