Project Manager/Construction Manager at Acerail

Do you want to work on complex infrastructure projects with long-term commitment, responsibility, and significant impact? Acerail is now looking for an experienced project manager or construction manager to drive socially important projects in railway and infrastructure.

About the Role

In the role of project manager or construction manager, you will work on assignments matched to your experience and skills. The projects are often large, technically complex, and long-term – usually 3–5 years. You can work in both execution and implementation phases and are responsible for planning, monitoring, documentation, risk analysis, and reporting to both the end customer and Acerail. The role provides significant influence, where you as a project manager can impact the content and direction of the assignments.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has led projects on-site and has a solid background in infrastructure. You do not need to have held the title of project manager, but experience as a construction manager, site manager, or team leader is fully relevant.

Requirements:

At least five years of experience working on projects
At least five years of experience in infrastructure, such as land, bridges, railways, or construction
Experience leading work on-site
Fluent in Swedish and English
Driving license B

Meritorious:

Engineering education
Certifications in project management, construction inspection, or KA
Training such as PASB/PASU (max 5 years old)
Technical specialist competence in areas such as concrete or land
