Do you want to lead some of Stockholm's most complex and socially important construction projects? We are now looking for a project manager with experience in swimming pool projects for NCC Hus Stockholm. Here you will play a key role in driving technically advanced projects where quality requirements, sustainability, and problem-solving are at the center. 

NCC is the contractor that has built the most swimming pools in Sweden in recent years, with over 30 modern swimming and bathing facilities in the Nordic countries – an experience that provides you with stable working methods, strong support, and the opportunity to work with expertise in the field. As a project manager at Hus Stockholm, you will work closely with our central swimming pool specialists and leverage NCC's collective expertise. 

About the position 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for one or more projects and lead them from early stages to completion. You will ensure that the project is carried out within set time, quality, and cost frameworks and that both customer expectations and swimming pool-specific requirements are met. You will drive the planning and production process together with the project team and ensure that the work is carried out in line with NCC's values – honesty, trust, and respect. 

In our swimming pool projects, the role involves an extra focus on technology: advanced installations, water purification and pool systems, energy optimization, and environments exposed to moisture and corrosion. You will ensure that technical solutions and control points are handled systematically and that the right competencies are involved at the right stage.

We are looking for someone who has:  

• Several years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the role of Project Manager or in another leadership role  

• Experience in swimming pool or bathing facility projects 

• Technical education or equivalent experience that provides a good understanding of construction and installation technology  

It is important that you are a confident leader who can build well-functioning project teams and create engagement, structure, and clarity. You are business-oriented and analytical, while also having a solution-oriented approach. You identify risks in time and act proactively, focusing on progress and results. You have good coordination skills and enjoy working on projects that encompass many technical disciplines. Your curiosity and desire to develop, particularly in installations and swimming pool technology, drive you to constantly seek improvements.  

Additionally, you have a natural ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees, and you appreciate close collaboration with colleagues, customers, and specialists. You are communicative and express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English. 

Additional information 

The position is a permanent employment with placement primarily at the assigned project within the department's geography or at our fine headquarters in Solna. This position is background-checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture. A driver's license (B) is required.
