CTS Security Solutions AB is a newly established subsidiary based in central Stockholm. Our mission is to deliver service and technical solutions to all companies within the CTS Group. We are now looking for an engaged and experienced:

Project Manager – Physical Security Systems

As a Project Manager, you will be a key person in our delivery of advanced security systems to Europe's largest and most security-critical data centers. You will lead projects from start to finish and be responsible for planning, structuring, and ensuring that deliveries are made on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. You will work closely with technical specialists, security engineers, customers, and external suppliers. The position is based in Stockholm and involves a significant amount of travel within Europe in connection with project deliveries.

Your mission

• Lead and coordinate the design and implementation of physical security systems in data center projects
• Be responsible for project planning, timelines, resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk management
• Act as the point of contact for the customer and ensure clear requirement setting and expectation management
• Coordinate internal resources, technical experts, and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure documentation, system diagrams, and quality according to industry standards
• Contribute to the continuous development of project processes and working methods
• Support bidding work and the development of technical solution proposals together with the sales and engineering team

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who can easily demonstrate that you, as a leader, have inspired and enabled others to perform at their best. You have successfully driven several projects from start to finish in an efficient and profitable manner.

Your background

• Experience in project management within construction, installation, or technical systems, preferably related to security technology or data centers
• Good technical understanding of systems such as access control, video surveillance, biometric solutions, and integrated security platforms
• Documented experience working systematically according to project methodology, preferably with tools like MS Project or similar
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience working with systems such as Milestone, LenelS2, Axis, Bosch, or similar security systems
