ABOUT THE POSITION

The company develops and delivers solutions in the security field and offers services that create increased safety for organizations and businesses. Together with your team, you will represent the area’s expertise in intrusion alarms, access control systems, and CCTV. The team is currently small but has clear ambitions to grow in 2026. You will report to the Regional Manager and become part of a welcoming work environment where you will receive a safe and structured onboarding with experienced and supportive colleagues.

In the role of Project Designer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and producing technical documentation for projects. The role serves as an important link between the early stages of projects and the subsequent production and installation. You will work closely with salespeople, project managers, installers, and commissioning engineers in an open office landscape. As a Project Designer, you will have a key role with significant responsibility for achieving set goals regarding quality, timelines, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Project Designer with our client, you will play a central role in designing and planning complex security solutions, from technical documentation to completed installations. You will work on creating detailed drawings and specifications, as well as quality-assuring projects in close collaboration with salespeople and project managers.

CAD drawing in AutoCAD
Stay updated on current standards
Quality assure the salesperson's documentation in collaboration with the project manager
Quality assure designs executed by the internal team or by external designers.
Identify and suggest improvements
Create documentation for telecommunication security systems, as-built documents, and final documentation
Act and be a support to all employees

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a technical background as an electrician or low current technician in intrusion alarms/access control/CCTV or experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD/Magic CAD)
Has a strong interest in security technology and IT solutions
Has a B driver's license
Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

The position is security classified, which means that a security screening, including a background check, will be conducted in connection with employment (in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Security Protection Act). Read more about what a security screening entails here.
