If so, do not hesitate to apply for a developing and fun job with us. We are currently looking for someone to work in our substitute pool at the municipality's swimming facilities, located in Borgholm and Åkerbobadet in Löttorp.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The tasks include various operational duties that occur in a swimming and training facility such as pool supervision, swimming instruction, cash/reception work, and cleaning.
You, along with your colleagues, are responsible for the safety and comfort of the customers. We apply rotating shifts, which means that all aspects are included in your responsibilities. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, evenings, and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school education, preferably trained as a swimming teacher/instructor or have other competencies that we can benefit from in the operation. You should have basic computer skills, master the Swedish language, and have the ability to adapt communication according to the person and situation. Swimming proficiency is a requirement, and we conduct tests in swimming and lifesaving. To be considered for the position, you must achieve a passing result on these.
Other language skills, current CPR training, experience leading baby swimming, water aerobics, and/or other group training, cleaning and maintaining a swimming facility, working with children and youth, and being or having been active in a sports club can be advantageous.
