Your role

As a maintenance mechanic, you will be responsible for both preventive and emergency maintenance at our three facilities in Luleå Malmhamn. You will work with machines, conveyors, pumps, and screens in an environment where safety and working conditions are always a priority. The role is varied and involves a lot of personal responsibility, while you will also be part of a supportive team that values cooperation and shared successes. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop and learn new things, and together with driven colleagues, you will contribute to achieving LKAB's overall goals.

Please note that the working hours for the position are daytime, without shift work.

You bring with you

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, solution-oriented, and meticulous. You enjoy working independently but see the value in clear communication and collaboration. Your initiative and quality mindset make you an important part of our team.

• High school education with a mechanical focus or equivalent
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
• Work experience as an industrial mechanic, working with maintenance or similar tasks (meritorious)
• Familiarity with facilities (meritorious)

Location: Luleå Sandskär

Scope: Full-time, daytime. Working hours are 06:00-14:47.

Number of positions: We are looking for two mechanics, one for a permanent position and one for a 6-month temporary position with the possibility of extension.
