Your Next Challenge

As a process operator, you are an important piece of the puzzle for the factory's production. In your role as a process operator, you will work with controlling and monitoring the process, optimization, and tuning.

In the department, you will work in a team of 6 process operators, and your tasks include contributing to a healthy and safe work environment. You will be involved in rounds, troubleshooting, and improvement work, as well as working for optimal operating conditions to meet our production goals. You will also be responsible for shutting down and restarting machinery during maintenance activities.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills who wants to contribute to the department's collective effort to achieve set goals. It is important that you have a high safety awareness. As a person, you are loyal and take great responsibility for your contribution, both individually and in the shift team.

You have completed a high school education in technology or equivalent. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a similar industry or have education focused on process industry. Experience with soda boilers, solid fuel boilers, turbines, and power plants is a plus. To succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong interest in production and are a problem solver with a strong drive to fine-tune, improve, and develop the work.
