JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a summer substitute in elderly care, you are an important part of our elderly residents' daily lives. The work with us is versatile and varies according to the person's needs. The starting point is to ensure that each person receives the support, care, and nursing they require. The work mainly involves helping and supporting the person in their daily life.

The tasks involve facilitating the daily lives of individuals who, due to age or illness/disability, need support to manage in everyday life. The main principle is to provide support and assistance based on the client's approved services, self-determination, and participation. The work consists of support and assistance with personal care and service tasks. Personal care may include shower assistance, morning, lunch, and evening help. Service tasks may include cleaning, for example.

The tasks also include documentation in our documentation system and performing health and medical tasks as delegated by the responsible nurse.

We can offer work in home care, special housing, short-term housing, and night patrol.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old.

If you have education in the Nursing Program or equivalent education, this is an advantage. Experience in the field is also meritorious.

A B driver's license is required for work in home care and night patrol.

As a person, you are responsible and flexible, you have a service-oriented approach and a positive attitude with a good and respectful demeanor. It is important that you can work independently while also having good collaboration skills.

The work also requires documentation, so you must be computer literate and proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you speak another language, that is a plus.

In the selection process, we will place great importance on personal qualities and interest in the position.

OTHER

We use language tests if you cannot present a passing grade in Swedish A at high school or a passing grade in Swedish D from SFI. Therefore, we would like you to include any certificates in your application.
