As a service advisor, everything is about relationships, both new and existing. You provide personal service from the first contact to the last driven mile. We create long-term relationships with vehicle owners and make it safe, fun, and easy along the way.

Main responsibilities include scheduling customers' cars for service and repair appointments via phone and email, as well as receiving and handing over vehicles. You will also assess warranty claims, handle customer complaints, and guide customers in technical questions, as well as pricing and invoicing completed work.

You will also be responsible for optimizing the workshop's productivity and operations.

We also want you to contribute to developing our business to achieve the best customer experience and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you need to be responsible, structured, meticulous, and have an easy time collaborating in a team. You are attentive and know what you need to do to create a good relationship with the customer and meet their needs.

We work with Kia, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi.
