Ockelbogårdar is now looking for a Facility Technician for a longer temporary position until 2027-07-31.

The company's office is located in modern, pleasant premises just next to the train station in central Ockelbo. Nearby Gävle and Sandviken are easily accessible by train, bus, or car.

As a Facility Technician at Ockelbogårdar, you will be part of a team with our property managers. In your role, you will be responsible for the properties' facility technology and energy issues. Your tasks include being responsible for the operation and preventive maintenance of the property's technical systems. You will manage the properties' technical systems, ensure statutory inspections, and actively work with energy monitoring and preventive maintenance in areas such as heating and ventilation.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a high work capacity and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously. As a person, you are self-driven and responsible. You have a structured approach to work and are service-oriented, unpretentious, and have a good ability to collaborate.

The job requires at least a high school diploma and broad technical experience in property management. You should be computer literate and feel comfortable handling various systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required, as well as a B driver's license. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and suitability during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the properties' facility technology and energy issues.
• Maintain an inventory of existing technical installations.
• Ensure that OVK inspections and elevator inspections are conducted according to legal requirements and that deficiencies are addressed.
• Preventive maintenance in heating, ventilation, etc.
• Reading of water, heating, and electricity, checking for legionella, radon measurements, and filter changes.
• Handling of fault reports, service work in machine rooms, and on control and regulation.
• Monitoring of energy systems and energy follow-up.
• Manage operational alarms.
• Handle fault reports.
• Conduct and address apartment inspections.
• Take care of assigned service vehicles.

• Broad technical experience in property management
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• B driver's license
