Your role as a technician for electric vehicles

A typical workday includes service, troubleshooting, and repairs of heavy electric vehicles. You will start from your home address and travel to the customer to provide technical support. You will service, troubleshoot, repair, and improve their vehicles. Throughout the process, you will be primarily responsible for communication with the customer, ensuring they are constantly updated on the status and expected timeline for the repair of their vehicles.

As a service technician for heavy electric vehicles, you will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting and repairing heavy electric vehicles, both mechanical and electronic.
• Performing various service campaigns.
• Conducting delivery inspections on new vehicles.
• Repairing and replacing spare parts.
• Reporting and administration.

As a service technician with us, you will work quite independently, but with a strong team behind you. Occasionally, you will also work together with colleagues in the local area. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working alone but also have the ability to collaborate effectively when needed.

As an entrepreneur-led company, there are short and fast decision-making paths. This means you will have a lot of personal responsibility and need to be flexible in planning and work.

Other requirements for the role include:

• Work experience and knowledge as a mechanic, preferably within heavy vehicles.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience with electric vehicles or education in the field is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Driver's license B.
