About the Position

The tasks involve that your primary employment will be as a nursing assistant in the home care group but with an additional role as a second planner.

As a second planner, you will collaborate with the area's first planner and work administratively in various operational systems such as TES, Heroma, and Life Care.

You will, together with the first planner, be responsible for the daily planning of decided interventions in the planning tool TES. You will also work with both urgent and planned absences. In addition to your planning role, you will work in the home care group when needed. The work in home care involves assisting the user with daily activities such as dressing, mobility, meal support, online shopping, reporting and documenting in our operational system Life Care, performing delegated health and medical care tasks, participating in team meetings and staff meetings, establishing good contacts with relatives and other important persons for the individual, and contributing with innovative ideas and joy at work.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone who has a degree from the nursing program and a passing grade in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language and social studies 1 (A) or equivalent older education. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Previous experience as a planner in home care and work in Life Care, TES, Heroma is advantageous for the job.

As a person, you are confident in yourself and your professional role, you have a strong work ethic and are passionate about taking responsibility. You have a very good demeanor and view challenges as something educational and fun! You are flexible and see your workplace as a team where everyone helps each other.

You are brave and willing to guide colleagues and make your own decisions, and you see collaboration as natural. You should respect the users' integrity, participation, and self-determination. You are attentive and work with respect for other people. You are responsible and have the ability to adapt your work according to the user's needs and see opportunities instead of obstacles, and you are passionate about providing good service to users. You are accustomed to documenting and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
