Solhemmet

Solhemmet is located in Veinge, about 5 km north of Laholm's center. The accommodation consists of 32 apartments, all on the ground floor and with their own patio/terrace. We are very proud of our beautiful and lush garden, which is excellent for outdoor activities, engagement, and various activities.

About the Position

The tasks involve providing support and assistance to the users living at Solhemmet in Veinge. Support and assist with the activities that the user needs help with in their daily life, in order to continue living a meaningful and active life with a meaningful everyday life.

Assist the user in activities, participate in the establishment of implementation plans and follow-ups, case management, report and document in our support systems, perform delegated health and medical services (HSL), participate in team meetings and staff meetings. You will establish good contacts with relatives and other important people for the individual, contribute with innovative ideas and joy at work, and be responsible for one or more areas of responsibility that you are passionate about and want to develop.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone who sees good service as a given, is flexible as a person, and views their workplace as a team where everyone helps each other. You have a degree from the nursing program and passing grades in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language and social studies 1 (A) or equivalent older education.

Experience working in special housing is an advantage. You are accustomed to documenting and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.

You are confident in yourself and your professional role, enjoy taking responsibility, and working independently. You should respect the users' integrity, participation, and self-determination. You are attentive and work with respect for other people. You are responsible and have the ability to adapt your work to the user's needs and see opportunities instead of obstacles and are passionate about providing good service to the users.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
