Your new workplace:

Skottsundsbacken is located in Kvissleby, Njurunda, and has 101 care places.

We work in teams where all professions are represented. We focus on the development of dementia care, as 6 out of 8 departments are dementia units. We offer a developing operation with digital tools and good collaboration. An advantage of our workplace is that we are large enough to exchange knowledge and expertise among ourselves.

Your contribution as a nursing assistant:

As a nursing assistant with us, you will be responsible for standard care tasks and perform delegated health care assignments. You will work with register management, including Senior Alert and BPSD, and establish implementation plans in Life Care.

You will also participate in representative duties, such as managing the Economy Portal for ordering food and supplies. An active role in daily activities for our care and support recipients is also included, as well as daily planning using the Planning Board as a tool.

We are looking for 4 day positions and 1 night position.

Your qualifications and experience:

We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has training in care and support that is deemed equivalent.
