About the position

Substitute positions in care and support services as well as SoL and LSS operations. The work is scheduled for day/evening/weekend/night. The operations we are recruiting for are:

Care and Support

• Special housing
• Home care
• Day activities
• Short-term care/respite care

Functional Support

• Housing with special services (BMSS)
• Short-term stays, short-term supervision, and housing with special services for children and youth
• Social psychiatry
• Personal assistance
• Daily activities

Main tasks

All the people we support are unique. Therefore, we work according to individual implementation plans that describe what each service recipient/care recipient needs support with. The work is structured and can differ between different operations.

Examples of tasks that occur in all operations:

• Perform care interventions such as personal hygiene (e.g., showering, toilet visits, meals, etc.) based on individual needs
• Perform household and service interventions (e.g., cleaning, cooking, and laundry) and support with indoor and outdoor activities.
• Work in digital systems (Lifecare, MCSS, Medvind, among others).
• Perform health and medical interventions based on delegation

Qualifications

It is important that you are a secure person with the ability to meet service and care recipients in a professional manner by being attentive and accommodating in your approach. Furthermore, you have a positive view of people with great respect for each person's need for assistance.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Competence requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Basic computer skills
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, as it is required that you can communicate with service and care recipients as well as relatives and colleagues.
• Write and take part in documentation and delegation

Meritorious

• High school education: Care and nursing program, Child and leisure program with a focus on pedagogy
• Ongoing studies in behavioral sciences and/or nursing professions
• Previous experience working in either care and support and/or within SoL and LSS operations
• Experience working with individuals with challenging and outwardly aggressive behavior
• Driving license B (preferably access to your own car)
• Fluent sign language skills
• Biking experience

Employment type: hourly employment and/or summer substitute based on the needs of the operations.

Start date: by agreement

Working hours

Day/evening/weekend/awake night/journal night
