Job Responsibilities

As a Junior Forwarder, you will work with planning, coordinating, and following up on express deliveries, primarily within road transport, but other modes of transport may also occur. You will become part of a team where you will receive support from more experienced colleagues and gradually take on greater responsibility.

Your responsibilities:

• Operational handling of express and road transports
• Monitoring and following up on ongoing assignments
• Contact with customers, suppliers, and carriers
• Create, update, and follow up on cases in various business and transport systems
• Handling deviations and simpler problem-solving, with support as needed
• Ensure that deliveries are made according to agreements and with good service
