Charlottendals Catering is looking for a cold kitchen assistant, preferably with previous experience in a similar role.

The job as a kitchen assistant/cold kitchen assistant is an important part of our team. You will be responsible for preparing vegetables and packing them into various boxes for delivery.

Your tasks will include:

• Responsible for preparing and packing vegetables and other accompaniments for the salad menu.
• Assisting with processing ingredients for the chefs.
• If needed, assist the chef with simpler cooking tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Preferably has previous experience as a cold kitchen assistant or similar tasks.
• Has a good ability to work in a team and to give and receive instructions from colleagues.
• Can handle stress well and be efficient.
• Has good communication skills in Swedish.
• Can adapt to changes at short notice.
• Is willing to work overtime during peak periods.

Your working hours are 05:30-11:30

About us

Charlottendals Catering delivers food to preschools and schools in Stockholm County. Our production kitchen is located in Bagarmossen, from where the work is carried out and deliveries are made. We deliver food to around 30 preschools, totaling approximately 1400 portions. Our focus is to provide tasty, varied, and healthy meals to our customers.

Our food should be varied and flavorful. It should look appealing and spark children's curiosity. We offer everything from traditional Swedish home cooking to cuisine inspired by other countries. Naturally, we take our customers' wishes into account and try to adapt the dishes accordingly.
