Then this position might be for you, we warmly welcome your application! About the assignment We are looking for a buyer with experience in procurement for an assignment at Halmstad Energi och Miljö. The assignment is full-time and starts as soon as possible and lasts for approximately 4-6 months. The work takes place at the client's office in Halmstad, remote work is possible to some extent.

Your tasks

• Conduct procurements in all areas of HEM according to LUF and LOU

• Contract management and contract follow-up

• Support the organization in procurement and contract issues

• Contribute to the operational tasks typical of a procurement department

The client has an electronic procurement process and is constantly working on digitization to streamline flows. Decisions and contracts are signed electronically and filing is done automatically.

Your qualifications

• Post-secondary education in procurement, purchasing, law, economics, or another relevant field; if you have equivalent experience in procurement for at least 3 years, we consider it equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement within the public sector

• Ability to work independently, analyze, structure, and prioritize your work

• Experience with e-procurement or other procurement systems

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to energy and environmental issues, who has the ability to translate ideas and requirements into tailored contracts. The work requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish and that you express yourself well both in writing and verbally, as well as understand complex linguistic materials and produce your own high-quality documents. You are driven, business-minded, and solution-oriented with high integrity and take responsibility for the entire procurement process, from planning and execution to subsequent evaluation and follow-up. We prefer that you are an individual who is passionate about achieving results and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
