We are now looking for a KMA Coordinator with a focus on work environment

– a key role in strengthening, developing, and standardizing work environment efforts throughout the organization.

About the role

As a KMA Coordinator with a focus on work environment, you will have a large and important task: to develop, coordinate, and ensure the quality of the systematic work environment efforts (SAM) at Stenvalls' five production facilities.

You will work closely with production, maintenance, HR, and the safety organization and become a key person in creating structure, safety, and clarity in a rapidly growing and developing operation. The role is both operational and strategic – you will be as much out in the operations as you are in planning, follow-up, and documentation tasks.

You will report to the KMA manager and become an important part of an engaged team where safety, responsibility, and improvement are at the center.

Your main responsibilities

As a KMA Coordinator, you are responsible for:

• Leading, developing, and following up on work environment processes according to AFS 2023:1
• Ensuring that risk assessments, safety rounds, and incident management function throughout the organization
• Supporting and educating managers and team leaders in their work environment responsibilities
• Quality assuring documentation, routines, and follow-up within the work environment area
• Driving improvements, internal audits, and development of safety culture
• Collaborating with production, HR, maintenance, fire, and safety organizations
• Being the contact person for regulatory matters and external audits
• Contributing to uniform routines and a modern, proactive work environment structure

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident, systematic, and has good theoretical or practical competence in work environment efforts – preferably with experience from industrial or production environments. You have a good understanding of legislation, AFS regulations, and certification requirements and enjoy switching between operational presence and the development of processes, routines, and structure.

You are pedagogical, communicative, and relationship-building – and have both the courage and ability to be clear when the work/task requires it.

Requirements

• Documented experience in work environment efforts, preferably from industry/production
• Practical experience in SAM, risk assessments, safety rounds, and incident follow-up
• Very good knowledge of work environment legislation, AFS, and follow-up work
• Experience with documentation and management systems (ISO is an advantage)
• Good digital system skills and the ability to work systematically with data and routines
• Swedish spoken and written, as well as good English
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience with ISO certifications
• Experience with internal audits or improvement work
• Experience in training or holding workshops
• Experience in a multi-site environment
• Digital work environment or deviation systems
• Finnish

Employment type: Permanent full-time employment (100%) with an initial probationary period.
Start date: Q1 2026 or by agreement
Salary: Individual salary setting
Travel: Regular travel between facilities
