Your role as a leader

You will lead the team that handles inquiries, orders, and customer contacts regarding spare parts, in close collaboration with our marketing companies and Supply Chain. You will develop both the team and the business, work on pricing strategies, and ensure that we have the right offerings for our customers. You are a present, attentive, and inclusive leader who sees the strength in diversity and motivates your team to achieve common goals.

Who are you?

You are a business-oriented leader with experience in leading teams and operations. You have a good understanding of business processes and enjoy working closely with the business. You communicate clearly and simply in both Swedish and English, and have relevant higher education. The most important thing is that you want to grow and develop together with us – and that you have a genuine interest in people and sustainability.

Who are we?

At our site in Säffle, about 45 engaged employees work. The business consists of three parts:

• Warehouse management, manufacturing, and delivery of spare parts primarily to customers in Europe – but also globally.
• Upgrading and refurbishing buses, including prototype work, collision repairs, painting, and refurbishment of all bus brands.
• Training in the latest technology for bus technicians.

Our customers represent the entire spectrum from small owner-operated businesses to large international companies. We also collaborate closely with other parts of Volvo Buses, such as marketing companies and product development.
