The Ear-Nose-Throat clinic in Örnsköldsvik is part of the regional operations in surgery/urology/ENT. We have a well-functioning collaboration with other clinics and departments within our regional operations and work closely together. We are a smaller clinic with good cohesion where we work in close teams with doctors and other professional roles. Currently, there are 4 nurses, 1 nursing assistant, and 2 secretaries working at the clinic. We have 3 permanent consultants and 3 resident doctors. Work at the clinic is carried out in close collaboration with the hearing center.

We are now looking for a nursing assistant to join us. The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start as agreed.

With us, you will work independently and be responsible together with the doctor for the current clinic. Your tasks include:

• Assisting in various types of examinations, such as fiber endoscopy, sample collection, and Px
• Acting as a reassuring presence during examinations of children
• Other customary work included in the nursing assistant role, such as:
  • Inventory orders
  • Keeping the clinic updated and clean

We apply an individual onboarding plan. There is an opportunity to be trained to assist in outpatient surgeries performed at the clinic.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid nursing assistant education
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is advantageous if you

• Have experience working in a clinic and/or in ENT
• Have experience in sample collection
