On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a lab technician who will work with prototype manufacturing and product measurements. Our client is a family-oriented, fast-growing company that is one of the leading firms in self-adhesive smart labels.

Responsibilities include:

Manufacturing prototypes using various production techniques such as plotter (CAD), laser cutting, printing, drying, and laminating.
Conducting product measurements and tests, particularly in connection with process validations.
Managing documentation related to prototype manufacturing and partially creating design documents.
Collaborating closely with the lab lead, project team, and quality team in daily operations.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work both practically in the lab and administratively with documentation. The role offers a diverse and exciting environment with great opportunities for development!

Candidate Profile

This position is suitable for someone who is structured, meticulous, and responsible. You have an analytical nature, are proactive, and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. You thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings and possess good communication skills.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

Experience in manufacturing production.
Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
Basic knowledge of workplace safety, fire protection, and environmental work.
Good technical understanding, preferably with the ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement protocols.
Strong ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
