We are looking for a Vertical Lathe Operator for a manufacturing company in Svedala.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor vertical lathes to manufacture precision components according to specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance and adjustments of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Program machines using the Fanuc and Heidenhain operating systems.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and resolve any issues that arise.

Your Background/Your Qualities

• Experience working with vertical lathes or similar machines.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to program machines using the Fanuc and Heidenhain operating systems.
• Ability to work accurately and independently with high precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical competence.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
