As an Automation Technician, you will work operationally in production and be an active part of the assembly team while driving the development of new technical solutions. You are responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and developing effective automation solutions that enhance productivity in production processes. The role involves taking initiative, participating practically in daily work, and making decisions that drive technical development forward while ensuring a safe working method.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze processes and identify improvement potential.

• Implement and maintain automated solutions according to safety and quality standards.

• Test, troubleshoot, and document systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.

• Support and train staff in the use of new automation systems.

Other Tasks:

• Participate in improvement meetings and identify opportunities for productivity increases.

• Develop work methods and workplaces to create better flows.

• Apply LEAN methods by developing instructions and minimizing waste.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

You who are applying are technically inclined and have experience from a production environment where you thrive close to technology and are driven to improve processes. You preferably have a technical education in automation, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, and it is advantageous if you have worked with PLC, HMI systems, or have basic knowledge of LEAN. Experience in developing and implementing automated solutions, as well as project management in the technical field, is seen as a significant plus.

As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoy a “go and see” mentality where you seek out facts to understand and improve. You are communicative and can easily explain technical contexts clearly. Your curiosity and passion for technical development keep you updated and eager to explore new working methods. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and show initiative – and you are passionate about streamlining, improving, and developing both processes and working methods.
