Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the customer. It is your task to nurture existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

Internal property maintenance
Service work
Repairs
Maintenance work
Installations
Property inspections
Operational optimizations
Driving smaller improvement projects

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

High school education
Work experience in internal property maintenance or property technology
Good data and system skills
Good knowledge of Office
Driver's license B
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
