About the Job

As a service technician, you will work with field service at our customers' locations in Helsingborg and surrounding areas. You will perform service, repairs, and warranty tasks on professional laundry equipment and appliances. We see close collaboration with customers and clients as a given, as well as internally within the department. Communication and personal responsibility ensure strong collaboration and the good results we want to achieve.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Service of professional laundry equipment and appliances
• Preventive maintenance work
• Repair of broken equipment
• Reporting of completed work
• Dialogue with clients and colleagues

Our customers include construction companies, insurance companies, property owners, property management companies, and municipalities.

Who Are You?

With us, you can be the professional you are. We believe you have experience in similar work and possess a technical interest. It is desirable if you have electrical knowledge or have previously worked as a property technician or installer. It is highly meritorious if you have experience as an appliance technician within the professional segment of washing machines and laundry service. Since our customers are located in Helsingborg and surrounding areas, we require you to have a B driver's license.

As a person, you are driven and outgoing and have a desire to always perform good and quality work with the customer in focus. Since the position requires you to collaborate with both colleagues and customers, you are a good team player. We also value your technical interest and your ability to work in a structured and orderly manner.
