We are now looking for a manager for our harvesting teams who wants to be part of our team within Intraprenad. In this role, you will be responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and costs related to the supply of raw materials in the forest. You will lead a team consisting of three work teams with twelve forest machine operators for whom you have full personnel responsibility.
The role is independent and involves driving continuous improvements as well as formulating, communicating, and following up on production goals together with your work teams. You will spend a large part of your working time in the field, where you work within a specific geographical area together with the operators.
Here is a selection of tasks:
- Plan, prepare, and conduct team meetings focusing on safety, work environment, delivery, quality, and costs
- Operational planning and communication to production managers about the machine teams' production capacity
- Hold meetings and maintain ongoing dialogue with production managers to manage changes, such as wet areas, fire risk, thawing, etc.
- Payroll management and follow-up of goals/bonus targets
- Handle ongoing personnel issues, such as recruitment, sick leave, etc.

Who are we looking for
We believe that you, who have the ability to engage and motivate others, will fit well into this role. You are solution-oriented and enjoy working operationally where your forestry knowledge and experience can make a difference. Your qualifications are based on a forestry university education or equivalent, as well as a couple of years of professional experience, preferably in leadership positions.
Skills and qualifications that we believe you have:
- Ability to set goals and achieve results
- Excellent communication skills that inspire and persuade others
- A structured approach with a focus on follow-up and feedback
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- B driver's license
