We are now looking for an engaged operations technician in ventilation/control and regulation for Regionfastigheter, operational area Kristianstad-Hässleholm, based in Kristianstad!

The property management operational area Kristianstad-Hässleholm is part of Regionfastigheter, which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all buildings and systems at the Central Hospital in Kristianstad and Hässleholm Hospital, Hässleholm Depot, Skånetrafiken's office, as well as health centers in northeastern Skåne. We also provide operational technical services to Region Skåne's activities located in surrounding rentals within the operational area. Our main responsibility is to create world-class operational reliability and to be a reliable partner for healthcare.

The operational area contains a variety of different technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, control and regulation technology, medical gases, power supply, and external environment. Some operational technical equipment is also included in the assignment. The work is carried out in close collaboration with Region Skåne's activities and their staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for someone who enjoys a varied role with combined property maintenance, installation, repair, and service, and who wants to continue developing in a welcoming environment.

In your role, you will primarily work within ventilation and control & regulation, but will also assist with other property maintenance in our unit. The work is governed by high quality, safety, and environmental requirements, with people at the center. It is also about developing and improving the environment for our operations and end customers, the patients.

The workplace is mainly at the Central Hospital in Kristianstad but also involves work in the operational area's catchment area. Travel and driving are part of the job. On-call duty may become relevant in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the role, you have a completed high school diploma with a focus on HVAC or equivalent experience that the employer deems comparable. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Travel is required in the position, and a valid B driver's license is a requirement. We see that you have experience in the maintenance, operation, and upkeep of ventilation, control, and other property-related tasks. Additionally, you are familiar with using various support systems for planning and ordering work orders. Due to possible on-call duty and response time, we assess that applicants can live a maximum of fifty kilometers from Kristianstad.

It is advantageous if you are a trained ventilation technician and/or control technician and have actively worked in the industry for more than five years. Experience with a maintenance system, such as Faciliate, is also advantageous.

As a person, you are positive, flexible, and service-oriented. At the same time, you are structured, methodical, and thorough in your work approach. You have an interest in helping people and providing the best possible service with a professional attitude in all situations. Taking initiative and working independently is a given for you, while you are also good at collaboration. Since we work with large networks where it is important to maintain relationships, you should be attentive and have a good ability to relate to the needs of other operations.
