We are looking for you

We are now looking for a System Technician who wants to support and guide customers in their digitalization journey with our IT solutions. To fit into the role of System Technician, we prefer that you have worked with IT operations for a couple of years or in a similar role. You have a well-documented education or other documented experience in the field. You are driven, engaged, and enjoy structured problem-solving. A professional demeanor and a passion for working with people and helping them in their daily tasks are essential.

Your tasks

Your primary tasks will be installation, management, development, and support for our customers' IT environments. The tasks will vary depending on the assignment and customer. For the position, you are expected to have good knowledge of:

• O365/Azure
• Windows server
• Management functions such as (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)

You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license (B) is required.
