About Stångå Rörservice

Stångå Rörservice is one of Östergötland's leading VS companies with about 60 employees in Linköping, Motala, Åtvidaberg, and Mjölby. They work with both contracts and service assignments, and the business is built on long-term customer relationships, high professional skills, and a caring culture.

Stångå Rörservice is part of Currentum – a growing Nordic installation group with around 80 companies. This means you will have access to a strong network of managers and leaders, as well as support in your development, while maintaining your local identity and independence.

Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility

As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for operations, results, and culture – but above all, you will have the opportunity to grow with the assignment. The role is perfect for you who want to work both strategically and closely with daily operations – where you get to know the business by being out in the projects, close to employees, and in dialogue with customers.

You lead through visibility, clarity, and a genuine interest in both the business and the people. About half of your time will be spent developing operations, leadership, and working methods – and the other half on contracts, follow-ups, and customer relationships. As CEO, you will be a bearer of culture and relationships and an important part of strengthening the selling and business-driven culture.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Lead and develop the business with full responsibility for results, budget, and operations
• Drive a stable and profitable business in both contracting and service
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships in a relationship-driven market
• Further develop culture, working methods, and leadership throughout the organization
• Be visible and present in daily operations – internally and externally
• Work with contracts, bids, and commercial decisions

Your Profile

We are looking for a confident, down-to-earth, and relationship-oriented leader who wants to take the next step in their career. Perhaps you have had personnel responsibility, business responsibility, or have led projects – and now feel ready to take on a broader assignment. You build trust through clarity, responsiveness, and pragmatic decisions. You are curious, unpretentious, and thrive in a role where strategy and operational daily life go hand in hand.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have formal leadership experience from the installation, construction, or similar industry and that you have worked with results and budget responsibility in some capacity. You have experience in creating long-term customer relationships and have previously worked with bids, contracts, and commercial decisions. You have a driver's license and are fluent in Swedish. We place great importance on your personal potential and your motivation to grow into the CEO role.
