Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the procurement workstream within an ongoing ERP transformation, ensuring stability and capability growth following the recent rollout.
• Coordinate procurement, product, and process specialists to define clear processes, methods, and ways of working across both the new ERP solution and legacy tools.
• Collaborate closely with IT, R&D, and Finance to establish an end-to-end process overview and identify gaps, required changes, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive alignment on process, system, and role adjustments needed to reach full operational capability.
• Develop a concrete and actionable implementation plan and secure buy-in across procurement and the broader value chain.
• Support ongoing stabilization efforts and contribute to prioritization and decision-making within the transformation.

What you bring:

• Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects.
• Strong procurement background combined with experience from large-scale IT implementation or transformation initiatives.
• Relevant university degree in project management, industrial engineering, business management, or similar.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
