Team Leader

Location: Uppsala, Sweden (on-site, shift work)

Job Description

We are now looking for a Team Leader for production on Lina 4 downstream. The position is directed towards the part of the line that focuses on the downstream flow where the work includes sewing, capsule removal, packing, and serialization. In your role within the shift team, you have a clear leadership role where you, together with the other management, ensure the daily deliveries within production. You play an important role between production and other departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

In addition to the operational work in production, the team leader's responsibilities include:

  • Leading the shift in daily production towards set delivery and work environment goals
  • Leading start-up and pulse meetings according to the tier structure
  • Actively participating in daily operations and production
  • Actively participating in improvement work and leading 5S activities as well as improvement projects
  • Escalating operational interruptions, participating in troubleshooting, and working proactively to prevent production stoppages
  • Being responsible for building out and achieving set certification goals

Qualifications

  • High school education
  • Documented experience in manufacturing
  • Swedish and English in spoken and written form

Preferred

  • Leadership experience from formal or informal settings
  • Experience in quality issues
  • LEAN, GMP, and 5S

You are expected to work to promote team spirit and engagement among your employees to achieve the organization's goals. The work requires responsiveness, collaboration skills, and integrity.
