BGA is looking for an Operational Team Leader

BGA is seeking an operational team leader who is secure, stable, and enjoys a role where you lead by being present and setting a good example. Here, you will have the chance to be a key person in a growing e-commerce team where quality and pace go hand in hand.

About the Role

As a team leader, you will work side by side with your team on the warehouse floor, where you will collectively pick and pack our products. You are responsible for creating order and structure, distributing tasks, and ensuring that the product flow operates smoothly throughout the day.

Since we work with e-commerce directly to consumers, accuracy, punctuality, and the ability to meet deadlines are central parts of the job. You actively contribute to the team achieving its goals and ensuring that all packages leave the warehouse on time to uphold our customer promise.

You will be part of a team of supervisors and work closely with your operational warehouse manager. The role also involves a digital working method, which requires good technical system proficiency.
