Ongoing Temp-Team Sweden AB is helping one of the world’s leading and most recognized tech companies recruit skilled workers for their Data Center in Gävle. You will play a vital part in making the Data Center's daily operations run smoothly. The team you will be joining covers the below responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.
• Leverage process knowledge and best judgment to complete next tasks without direct supervision.
• Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g., purchase order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor [RMS] activities).
• Perform logical material movements, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard processes.
• Perform physical movement of material using powered and manual pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment.
• Ensure complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
• Perform inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity.
• Handle storage media/Data Bearing Device (DBD) reconciliation/physical audits and perform destruction/shredding of DBDs following documented procedures and runbooks.
• Develop positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma AND 1+ year(s) experience in warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or related field.
• Basic understanding of using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Physically in good health as the role requires a lot of walking and bending.
• Preferred: Previous datacenter experience.

• To be considered for this role, you must hold a Swedish passport or permanent residency (PR).
