Here is your chance to apply for an exciting and varied role at FLB. The foundation as a coordinator is to ensure that operations run smoothly, respond to emails/phones, and provide other necessary services. But it may also involve going down to the warehouse to pack goods or assist with unloading. You contribute where you can create the most value, and no two days are ever the same. You will have colleagues nearby whom you can ask for support as many situations vary. Your colleagues enjoy their work, and with the right personality and mindset, you will too. The position is expected to start as soon as possible and is planned to last through the summer of 2027.

Someone who is unpretentious, service-oriented, and gets things done. You need to be proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate with customers. You should be administratively skilled and understand logistics, while also being willing to help physically if needed. An important part is that you are curious and willing to ask questions.

• Very good English skills in both spoken and written form
• Good computer skills, primarily in the Office suite
• Good physical condition, able to handle varied work

Preferred

• Previous experience in service

• Experience or knowledge in logistics
